Delivery through Amazon
We have been using our own courier for years now, but this week I got an email saying Amazon could possibly close our account due to us not providing tracking details as we do not use the courier through Amazon. Does anyone know how it works if we start using the delivery through Amazon? Which company it is and do they collect etc?

I am assuming that you have been warned due to a low VTR ?
You can use whichever carrier you want, and you do not have to send all items via a tracked method (as many people think, but are not understanding the policy correctly), but you do need to be sure that you confirm shipment correctly so that Amazon recognises the tracking if sent tracked, or is exempt, if not tracked.
Which carrier do you use ?
Have you read the VTR policy ?
