Does a comma discontinue a keyword phrase

Hello,
I am a new seller working on my first listing. I cannot find an unambiguous answer if commas discontinue longer keyword phrases (in Bullet points, not in Search terms) .
For example - my keyword phrase is “small elephant handmade”. Will I be searchable for this exact phrase if I put it in this example sentence: “This is small elephant, handmade in India”.
And again - not asking for the backend search terms but the bullets, description.
