Does anyone here have a MyHermes / Evri business account?
does anyone have a business account with myhermes/evri? I’m currently shipping about 100-125 parcels a week with them. I know there minimum requirement is 150 a week. Some weeks i do send over 150 parcel with them, but not constantly. I was just wondering how strict they are with this? for example, i used to send a lot with Royal Mail years ago, but now i probably send less than 10 items a week with them, but have never had an issue keeping my business account with them. just wondering if anyone with a business account with them has any insights? thanks

Although I don’t have one, when enquiring I was told it was a 150 minimum consistently and we were in the same boat as you, just under it but reaching/going over the target sometimes. Didn’t get one in the end & took our parcels to P2G and buy Yodel (cheaper anyway) 
. We send less parcels now anyway because we’re moving towards mostly/total FBA.
