Need a bit of advice please - this is not an A-Z claim but a return request from a buyer (Amazon) who I now realise is a dropshipper.
In all my almost 14 years of selling on here I have never had this situation before, and only ever had 1 A-Z about 6 years ago which was proven to be a scam !
Order for large heavy book very late Sunday night, I sent via courier (Collect+) Monday 1st.
Today received return request for ‘Accidental Order’.
I have authorised the return, but the parcel has not even been delivered to the end recipient yet according to the tracking, and obviously the actual buyer (the so called ‘Amazon’) from me will not be able to return it.
I will not be refunding until it is returned, and because of the return reason given I am not responsible for the return postage cost.
Do I just wait for the inevitable A-Z and then appeal, or any other advice ?
