Email from Amazon Warning of policy violation
I am extremely confused
on 10th dec i received a strange email stating my charge card has been changed as per my request
(i did not request any change)
i opened a case explaining that this was not me.
the case response was just repeating the first email. the status of the case says “transferred”
then on 11th ( i have only just seen this ) i received the following email
Hello,
We are contacting you because you appear to have violated the following policies on Amazon.co.uk:
– Misuse of Ratings, Feedback, or Reviews
– Misuse of Sales Rank
– Misuse of Search and Browse
Prohibited behaviors on Amazon.co.uk include, but are not limited to:
– Hiring 3rd parties to try to improve ASIN rank and/or reviews
– Sending packages to addresses where the recipient does not order or expect them
– Soliciting or accepting false or fraudulent orders
– Placing orders for your own products
– Compensating buyers for purchasing your products (including claim codes)
If this continues, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.co.uk. Learn more about this policy in Seller Central Help (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/200386250).
im not sure if these are linked issues as they appeared at the same time
in any case i dont believe i have violated amazons policy’s as detailed above
i have no idea why this email has been sent.
my account is showing as “at risk” and 1 warning sent
the only other issue i have had was a product violation for “potential trademark miss use”
this was on an asin that i did not create and appears to have been a logo used in a product image
i placed a removal order as i only had a couple of these in fba this was a product that i have approval to sell.
i always try to stick to all policies and have certainly never done anything like has been indicated in the email
any help would be greatly appreciated
Dave H

Hi,
I sold a cd to customer, which he left negative feedback. I issued the customer with full refund, and reordered another one. The customer was very happy with that. I requested if he would consider removing the negative feedback, he said he had tried but does not know how to do it. My account is now at risk of being deactivated.

did you check your settings to see if the card had been changed?
