Is anyone else having a problem with the Evri/Hermes label format today. It is showing with two customers shipping labels+return labels per page. Unfortunately I cannot get a single shipping label format to transfer to my thermal printer?? Any advice would be most welcome as it looks like I’m going to have to print on A4 and get the scissors out!!
