Evri passing international items to other couriers

We have had a couple of instances where Evri have passed consignments to other couriers to deliver. As such Amazons system doesn’t seem to track all the way through their API… but evris own website does show the full routing.

Even though the customer has the item. The customer then opens a return request which is accepted but they do not return the item. They then open an A-z ( or perhaps customer service does it for them ) and we have to appeal … but Im suspecting that once again we wont win because no one is reading the appeal.

These A-z’s are getting ridiculous.

For international returns you have to offer either a paid return label or a return address local to the customer,

If you don’t then Amazon will refund them, regardless of what the tracking says.

Used Evri quite a bit during the RM SANFU, none of the deliveries were carried out by Evri.

US and Canada by their respective postal services, GLS in Italy, the Dutch postal service in Belgium are the ones I remember.

All bar the ones sent to the US, went via a Dutch postal service facility in Rotterdam.
