External Product ID conflict issue
Hello,
I’m unable to edit 2 of our listings, listings have conflicts with ASIN or UPC.
“The value ‘upc code’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘upc code’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalog. If this is ASIN ‘*******’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).”
Does anyone get this issue?
This is our old listings, just added from amazon UK. (amazon US having the same issue)
We are the brand owner, no other sellers.
