Hi,

We're a new FBA seller who has been listed on Amazon for around a month now.

We don't have the buy box on any of our listings. Seller Support won't tell us what the issue is and we're being given no details on how to fix the actual issue.

Can a moderator help here. We've raised multiple cases (a couple of the IDs are 10042497232 & 10037582592), tried the managingdirector email address and no one at Amazon is helping.

To confirm, the product is not being sold cheaper elsewhere, Amazon aren't telling us to sell at specific prices, it's for our whole account.

I have a parcel that measures 100 x 61 x 50 and weighs 15kg.

The Revenue Calculator for the UK store says my new fba fee will be £30.44

If that parcel had identical dimensions but weighed 25kg then the Revenue Calculator says the fee is £15.74

What is going on here? Anyone have a clue? Im trying to model my new fba fees but this is nonsense.

I am a new seller, selling via FBA, and initially I was getting the buy box and was able also to drive sales with PPC. Suddenly, despite there apparently not being a problem with my account, sales and PPC impressions disappeared. Went through automated help, and only then did it let me know that I am eligible for the buy box. "support" were hopeless, just giving me a stock answer about the factors which Amazon is prepared to disclose that drive eligibility.

Is this just something that happens to new sellers and I can just wait it out until eligibility returns or is my account cooked? Right now not making a single sale so if additional sales volume is a factor is regaining eligibility that is going to be basically impossible, particularly as I am already 40% cheaper than the seller who actually now has the buy box.
