Fba ? huge processing times - what has happened?
This month my shipments into warehouses are taking in excess of 2 weeks to process (up from 2 days). One was sent back rejected as having an invalid number - how is that possible -its the number assigned by Amazon.
Is anyone else having long processing times?

All our stuff seems to go to BHX4 at the moment. Until recently it was 2-3 days from shipping to being received, but I’ve noticed it’s started to creep up over the last week and now we’re seeing 4-5 days, sometimes longer.
Also, at BHX4, being received is not the end of the story as most stuff seems to be then sent to other centres before it goes on sale.

I’m having the same problem with my shipment to EUKD, been waiting over a week for Amazon to collect from UPS and start receiving. BHX4 seems fine though as I’ve had them come through within a few days

I’ve had alot of issues with this. Average time recently to BHX4 has been around 14 days from carrier pickup (they typically do 1 day shipping but take ages to get a dropoff slot…)

Yes, we’re seeing some of our items become available immediately but then around 70% are in FBA processing or transfer and then come onto sale in batches which causes the listing to come in and out of stock, lengthening the estimated delivery date to the customer. We’re seeing this across a number of FC. We are also finding that small and light inventory is going to the wrong FC and causing further delays and the inventory to become stranded.

Went on sale with no delivery date two days later
Two days after that removed from sale and marked as fc processing
Today is showing as active in my inventory with 0 available units but back on sale on the listing with no dates
