A customer had delivered an item that was damaged and apparently looked open and re-sealed.
I requested removal and it was refused. The response was we cannot verify it was not like that before despatch so we will not remove.
Do I have anywhere to go with this??..obviously the item was brand new sealed…i would have thought it would not have been accepted into the fulfilment centre if it was dented and not in ‘saleable’ condition.
After advice before I reply.

Had the same this week,FBA item arrived damaged neg feedback.CS will not remove it.
Forget & accept as a penalty of using FBA.If you re raise a feedback removal case your account will be suspended.
