FBA-SSR-10002 Registration Issue



I’m trying to send my first batch of items through FBA, I have sold items previously but fulfilled myself. The following error keeps coming up:

We are unable to complete your registration for Fulfilment by Amazon online at this time. Please contact us to continue the registration process. We apologise for any inconvenience. (FBA-SSR-10002)

The Contact Us page is no use, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Hi, thanks for your reply. However the link for Contact Us just takes me to the troubleshoot area I can’t see a way of contacting Amazon for help.

Once you are on the “Contact us” page, select the appropriate option from the menu on the left side, I am assuming that it should be the one related to FBA issues.
