FBA stock in UK, but showing 0 on amazon.it

One SKU I have stock in UK FBA (about 60 pieces) and listing on most European platforms but my listing on Amazon.it shows 0 stock.
Whatever I try, it always shows out of stock/inactive.

presuming you use EFN ?
have you run the report to see why your offers are not available ?

Yes, we use EFN. How do I run the report?
