FBA USA Delivery agent

We have two pallets on the way to;

US (LIT2)

from the UK.

Our agent has asked for

“contact name, email address and phone number of the consignee” (amazon) do Amazon warehouses hand this information out?

No, of course not. You think Amazon are going to provide a contact name, let alone all the other details?

Who is this “agent” of which you speak? A freight forwarding company?

I just double-checked the paperwork and they indeed messed this up.

I’ve sent 3 FBA USA shipments with them this year. The first went through perfectly and the last 2 have had loads of mistakes.

I’ve requested the add FBA: Gifts For Geeks LTD to the consignee address details. Hopefully, their agent can sort this out before it lands.
