Few questions about registration on amazon, new to the amazon FBA

Hi guys, I registered on amazon.co.uk the proffesional account and I already downgraded to the individual selling plan because I didnt know how much time will it take to get samples from supplier etc. so I figured out I wont be able to start selling sooner than 3 months from now.
1.I was charged monthly fee and I am asking if there is any chance I get my money back because I didnt use any of professional amazon tools, didnt list anything, didnt sell anything…
2. While registering my account there was a question : Do you have UPC for all yours products? I answered NO. Is there any possible way to change my answer to YES in my account settings?
3. Similar question, while registering there was a question : Are you a manufacturer or brand owner for any of the products you want to sell on amazon? Again I answered NO and I would like to change my answer to YES.

I can only help with your first question, which is that, when your seller account is fully verified (which may take several months), you have to contact Seller Support to ask for a refund of the Pro fees you paid. This is at Amazon’s discretion but is usually granted to anyone who made no sales at all while on the plan

While you are waiting for full verification, do work through Seller University (link at the bottom of your seller page), especially the parts on FBA, as they will help you to understand how Amazon works and how to avoid some of the problems that new sellers often encounter

@olderithian has given you good advice, which I hope you’ll follow.

It would also be worth double-checking that your Amazon account has the correct status. It should be a business account, not an individual account (which only allows you to sell pre-owned personal goods). This is distinct from the selling plan, which is a separate thing altogether.

If you don’t have the correct account status at the outset, Amazon will eventually notice and will suspend your account, so it’s worth getting this right.
