France eori number?

Morning,

I am struggling to get products to my customers in France, we have customs clearance on all the orders but i’m now being asked for the customers eori number which they don’t have, anybody have a solution for this?

is it B2B or B2C - Have you got a EU EORI number & UK if your in UK?

Can anyone help please.

I am sending DDP to Europe but my orders to business customers are continually being held up at customs as they require EORI number.

How can I find the customer EORI number at the time of entering the shipment.

I know the tax number will sometimes appear when you download the invoice, but this cannot be done until the shipment has been processed.
