Free Shipping Promotion Qualifying Delivery Options

Hey,
we’re setting up our first promotion whereby we want to offer free shipping to certain countries.
First of all, what do the different ‘qualifying delivery options’ mean? This is the list I see:
There’s no explanation as to what these different options mean and why is there multiple of the same thing?
Also is it possible to just pick specific countries that we want to give free shipping to?
Grateful for any advice you can give!
