Hi. Can anyone help me set up free shipping? From what I can see, the instructions received via email and those on the Seller Central page are incomplete, worryingly over-complicated and in places, contradictory. I have had an advisor call me up offering to talk me through, but their instructions ran like an LP record playing at 78rpm.

I consider myself to be quite competent with a PC and a keyboard but have little patience for badly-written software/web pages and obscure instructions. So, if there is a straightforward way to convert to free shipping and to adjust pricing accordingly, can someone let me know?

Incidentally, I have a few thousand items in my inventory, if that is of any relevance.

If I use manage promotion - create a promotion - Percentage Off Discount and setting up quantity based discount Buy 1 for 5%, 2 for 10% and 3 for 15%. Selecting start to end date, setting budget for the promotion

So Apart from the discount which I am offering to customers, Is there any fees or charges which I have to pay to Amazon to run this promotion. As there is no fees or charges displayed while setting up this promotion.

I am aware about lightening deal - there are fixed charges to run lightening deal. But above one is not lightening deal, this I am setting up from all together different section while going Advertising - Manage Promotion - Create Promotion - Percenge Off

Kindly help me to understand if any hidden charges fees associated with this?

I have asked amazon support but their answer is very confusing and unclear and not making sense.

We've recently enrolled in EU remote fulfilment (via FBA) for our products and have had no issue in setting our base sale prices/listings for the EU marketplace, but have noticed that non-prime shipping is always set at EUR 4.99 - with no option of receiving free delivery once a certain basket spend has been met.

I'm aware that it's free for prime customers.

We would ideally factor the increased remote fulfilment fee into our sale price and instead offer free shipping (with a certain basket spend, like it works in the UK marketplace), but cannot see anywhere specific to do this or set it.

I've read the remote fulfilment seller university articles but it doesn't specify this, nor can I find any similar discussions for this particular query. Is there a way to set the delivery charge for various EU marketplaces?
