I hope there will be someone in here who can help and explain the return process when using MCF in Europe, especially in Italy.

Reading through the information provided on Amazon it is not quite clear, how we can arrange the returns of MCF orders back to Amazon Fulfilment Centres instead customer sending these returns straight back to us.

It looks like that Amazon Italy does not support return process for MCF, as the options available in number of marketplaces (Amazon.com, Amazon.com.mx, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.jp and Amazon.cn.) aren’t available in Italy - please take a look at this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/help.html?itemID=201013520&language=en_GB&ref=ag_201013520_cont_200332450
