I’m unable to withdraw funds from my Amazon UK account.
My account was reinstated after a successful plan of action on the 12th of Feburary, I received the message ‘We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and your account is fully accessible again. Any funds associated with your account are also now available for disbursement’
I then had to go through a verification process and this was accepted on the 18th of Feburary.
The 'View Reason’ says. ‘Your seller account has been suspended or blocked. A message has been sent to your Performance Notifications with more information.’ However, I believe this is outdated and I have received no performance notification since my account reactivation that relates to this.
I’m unable to get any response from Amazon, all the cases I create get transfered and never answered. Can someone please advise how I can contact Amazon to get this fixed or at least noticed?
