Getting the tracking for Royal mail

Hi there, Does anyone know how i obtain the royal mail tracking references from FBA orders. I know these are sent in the email when it shows its been dispatched…but i tend to delete my emails and only just noticed it in my most recent dispatch but then when i look at the same order on seller central i cant even find whats on my email.
