Glitch when creating an Amazon delivery?


Dear sellers,

I tried to create delivery to amazon over the past 2 days.

At time of creation the delivery the sellercentral does not respond.

I wrote to amazon support which came back with no concrete answer.

I wanted to be check if other sellers experience the same issue?



There have been no reports from other sellers having a difficulty creating FBA shipments, however recently I had my Firefox browser automatically updated to the latest version and since then, the Seller Central has been crashing to the point that I had to download Microsoft Edge, which I am now using to manage my account.

So I would advise you to try switching to different browser to see if it makes any difference and also clear your cache and cookies.
