Got a email from Amazon team, what should I do

If message is real it will be in your notifications/messages on the seller central hub.
Log in directly not via any links on emails.
Then just supply info requested.

In your seller central you will see a notification flag.
Follow that and you will be shown exactly what info Amazon need you to upload to them.

I received an email as soon as my account was registered European account and then provided information to appeal. Two days later, I received another e-mail like this, but this time there is no access to provide info in the notification flag. Just a email like this, and the notification flag theme say it remove sales authority.

When you access your business info section of Seller central are there any notices that you need to add info?
If not then you are simply being reviewed and IF Amazon want extra info they will contact you again, at which point you would need to respond.

Looks like you are under review and simply need to wait patiently [if possible] for Amazon to complete that process.

At the moment you said there are no steps for you to complete, so wait while Amazon carry out the review, if they come across an issue and want further info/documents then they will let you know and you should provide that info as quickly as possible.

This is a very common message which is now being reported by newly-registered sellers on the forum every day.

You will need to e-mail seller-performance@amazon.co.uk with:

–Utility bill with name and address visible

–Business license, if applicable

–If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

Once you do so, wait for them to get back to you.

Wait for them to review your account, just as the notification says.
If they need further info then they will request it,at which point you supply the info asked for, but at the moment you just have to try and stay patient.
