GTIN Exemption-can't add product once it is approved

GTIN Exemption-can't add product once it is approved

I have applied for GTIN exemption three times. Every time I do, it gets approved then once I go to list it still asks for product ID?
The products are from Turkey, they have the ‘brand’ Rainbow on. I am really struggling and keep going round in circles.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Did you apply for the exemption with the brand rainbow ?
If so, have you also applied for brand registry or brand approval ?
