Handmade Monthly Refund

Hello,

I started the process of opening my Amazon UK professional account 8 months ago and since then I have been charged £25 per month (it took a long time for me to be approved, not for personal reasons).

Today, I activated my Amazon UK Handmade account.

Will I be refunded the £25 fees charged to date?

Are refunds made automatically? Or do I have to ask for help?

I was in the same boat as you a few years back, I have products in the main catalogue and also some in handmade. When I applied to handmade the monthly fee just stopped being taken but no refund on previous payments
