Amazon require a valid card to identify you and one which the are authorised to debit, should they ever need money back off you e.g. for fees or refunds.
Without a registered card you cannot do most anything on your account.

Is this your debit card which you regularly use to make purchases or have you only acquired it recently?
If it’s a new card, you will normally firstly need to activate it by entering the pin code and internet payments or daily spending limit have to be approved through internet-banking.

Amazon tend to only refer to credit cards, however it’s acceptable to enter your ‘debit card’ details when prompted for your credit card, but you do need a valid debit/credit card on file in order to sell.

Hey there,
As the message say, your bank card it may be in validation process. This happens especially when you just opened up your Amazon Seller Account - some things may take a while and until then, there’s nothing you can really do other than wait.
You don’t need to have a credit card. You can use a debit card as well - Amazon doesn’t care about that. At least they didn’t cared in my case.
So, just take a breath, wait a little to have anything approved and, in the meantime, you can hit Reply button and send a message to the Amazon guy who took care about your account. He/She will be able to give you the best response according to your situation.
