Help Please Your Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement


Please could some oneone help me .they say i have other accounts but i do not. I don’t own the separate account(s)?

Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, please follow the below steps:

  1. You must first reactivate any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

  2. You can also appeal enforcements by signing into your primary Seller Central account and accessing your Performance Notifications for each region in which you operate an account. Submit an appeal for all accounts, except the account that is deactivated for a related account, by clicking the appeal button in the notification received for each account.

  3. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, by using this link: When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the separate account(s)?

If you believe you do not own the separate account(s), please follow the below steps:

  1. If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following this and provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

  2. If you have never owned a separate account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, after 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.

it just come out of the blue. i dont have any other accounts on amazon .

dont know what to do. i dont even know where to start…


Hi so amazon and etsy use IP address as well as name address email etc.
So at some point and it could be from years back they are basically saying they have you linked to another account, which could potentially even be a partner.
You won’t get very far until you find this first account and see if it is possible to fix the issue the account was originally suspended for on that other account.

If you really can’t think of the other account it’s worth emailing support just to see if they will provide you with the email address in which was used, if they don’t you could issue a subject to access request (ROA) this may take around a month to get it this way unfortunately.
If you don’t find this linked account you will struggle to move forward.

You can appeal from the info they state but I have only read one post on here recently were someone got account opened.
The other account could be one you signed up for but ended up never using does not mean to say you were potentially selling but you can only have one account unless authorised for a second one and first needs to be in good standing so this is why you need to find this first one.

But could you have logged onto your a/c from one of these other a/c locations, or could someone who does own them have logged into their a/c from your location/computer?

Clearly there are issues with one, or more other accounts (likely suspended) and something has triggered a link with these accounts and your a/c.

If you still view there are no links to any other a/c and above could not have happened, then your appeal needs to be you have never owned a separate a/c and provide any requested evidence.

Hi you really should just double check and be 100% sure because if you appeal and amazon look and be like hold on this dodgy northerner has senr us his passport before or used that same mobile number (I’m a northerner anarl lol from Durham) they just gona say nope but if your 100% you have never had or created an account before then go ahead with the appeal.
Your just going to have to explain to the best of your knowledge why you don’t believe you have ever created an account and if not been in business for a long time worth stating no need to open account as only been in business x months etc.


Here all Europe Accounts(.de,.es.,it.,fr., with same Problem.
the same is so also with the shop of my wife, all European Shops deactivated.

i have never created any other amazon account or tried to . apart from this one … but i do have a ebay account

Your business email is it a business domain specific which a work colleague may have used or is it just standard Gmail etc.
Just thinking of other possible causes


standard gmail. no one else has any access to it …



my wife has a shop and I have my own, both shops are registered on the respective name(1x my wife and 1x my name) but on different addresses.

Both accounts have been blocked on all European sites.

Began with the German shop and every 20min the next marketplace was closed.

Seller services at both shops okay, no negative reviews, nothing that would indicate that I did something wrong.
My Shop exist 3 years, my Wife’s 2years


Amazon and Etsy use something which pings the IP address so this could potentially cause use issues
