Hermes return - delivered with package damaged and contents of box missing
Just received a return from a client, hermes posted through door letter box, on inspecting the postage bag it was ripped and the silver bracelet which was returned was missing from the box, how do I deal with this?

If this was using a Prepsid return label supplied by amazon I believe the correct route is to refund the customer and then claim via Evri/Hermes.
Note this is difficult as Hermes will advise you have to get amazon to claim while amazon will then tell you to claim with Hermes. There are other threads on the forum advising processes that have worked.
You will however only be able to claim a maximum of £20.

Be aware that this could also be a scam and they never actually returned the bracelet - sorry, I have become very cynical since reading all the tales on here.
What was their reason for requesting the return ?
