Read onlyI’m at my wits end with Amazon. {inappropriate comment removed}. How do I lodge a complaint against them. I keep asking them but they won’t tell me. Who do I contact?
Thanks
What kind of issue are you having? Without more details, it’s difficult to give you a proper advice.
Normally, to have problems escalated, you should e-mail managingdirector@amazon.co.uk or jeff@amazon.com but these departments should be only used as the last resort.
I would suggest to be a bit more …factual… when wiriting to
or

I’m a seller of Lily’s chocolate. I sell the chocolate as single bars. Without my knowledge Amazon keep changing the images to say 12 pack. So people are ordering them thinking they are buying a 12 pack for price of 1 bar. This happens repeatedly. They’ve changed it back before but now it’s taking them over a week. They keep giving me{inappropriate comment removed} like ‘you’re being so patient ‘ ‘our internal team is working on it’. To me it seems very simple to change it.
Thanks. Sorry for the language but I’m really frustrated.
There are 2 chocolates
Caramelised and salted 40% chocolate & milk
856481003807 and B07HL574CS. This now has a quality alert
Salted almond Lily’s 70% dark chocolate 856481003814 and B07J6JPNL.
I think I’m the only one selling them
Thanks
From my understanding of gs1 uk rules, 1 pack and 12 pack should have different EAN code? And if the EAN is different, certainly ASIN should be different, then the sync/link should never happen?
Hi Jessica
Can you explain how to do this. I’ve had to take both chocolates out as a buyer ordered 3 thinking she would get 3 x 12 and when I explained the issue she had a go at me and said it was false advertising and will leave 3 negative reviews about me, what am I supposed to do. I find this all so stressful.
Ok thanks. I’ve emailed manufacturer. Let’s see if they reply?
It will fall on death ears they are not interested
