How do you keep track of FBA inventory?
I’m not a fan of Amazon’s FBA inventory management. There’s lots of information but it’s all over the place and far too confusing to see clearly what’s really going on.
How do you keep track of what inventory has gone in, what has been sold, what has been lost, etc, and also if you have been reimbursed for missing inventory?

The new manage FBA inventory is better now in that you can customize the fields including “Reserved” when you click this it will show if these are customer orders or FC Processing. Unfulfillable shows the status of returns, Other useful fields to enable are sales rank etc, you may want to customize this to give a better snap shot.
In terms of checking lost invenroty or missplaced inventory, FBA booking in results etc, we still use Inventory / Manage FBA Inventory / Click the SKU / Click events we still do this on an individual SKU basis, frequently having to raise cases for various inventory discrepcencies.
In terms of remibursements this is Reports / Fulfillment by Amazon left side - Reimbursements below this is FBA Customer concessions (Keep an eye on “Sellable” Returns placed back into your inventory as this can cause issues.
Other than that we still rely on our accounts system to run a try product run rate QTR report based on a time period, I haven’t found an easy way to do this on Amazon in a simplistic quick way to view quantity sold per SKU over a given period.
