How I issue an invoice?
I just started selling on Amazon,and one customers asked for an invoice?How do I do this?

Unless you have signed up to have Amazon do this for you,[ in which case you don’t have to do anything], you create your own invoice on company letterhead, if you don’t have a company letterhead then just design your own, and draw up an invoice.
There are examples of invoices online.
If you are not VAT registered then your sale did not include VAT so you just show the item price and any delivery charge.
Convert your invoice to PDF so that the buyer cannot manipulate it and email it to them.

I’m not registered for VAT and whenever I receive in invoice request I reply with this:
“We’re not yet VAT registered as turnover is currently under the £85,000 threshold. We can supply an invoice but this is likely to be quite similar to the order confirmation from Amazon. Please let us know whether you’d still like an invoice.”
Sending this has resulted in me only supplying one invoice, rather than the 30+ I would have done if I hadn’t implied it would be a non-VAT invoice.
