How to find date of refund

I have been sent a message from customer saying they had returned item but had not received a refund. I have checked and order details shows I have processed the refund but not date it was processed.

I have told customer refund was processed but it would have been good to have given them the exact date. How can I get this info? Would it not have been simple for Amazon to put the information in the order notes?

Hi there

If you go into ‘View Payments Summary’ (top right of dashboard), then along the top select ‘Transaction View’, there is an option to type in an order number. This will give you all the payment information relating to that order (including the date of refund which is what you needed).
