How to release dormant status of an account

So far our account are in "Dormant " status so that we can see nothing about order, products, etc. Please help to tell how we can release this dormant.

Your forum profile is new, have you just opened the account ?
Dormant is usually old accounts ?!

If you have only just opened your account it will be inactive/suspended until they have verified all of the info that you have supplied.
