How to sell the stranded listing?

Hello everyone,

I have a listing in my FBA stock, which is interferred by another seller (claimed to be the brand right owner but not ), I can not promote with my images. The listing uses the other seller’s awful image, that is why it doesn’t attract any orders.
Seller support doesn’t help after dozens of my cases. Anyways, I need to find another way to promote this listing. It is a quality face mask and I am willing to sell it with discount just to solve this problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
