You don’t.
It is Amazon that allocates the Buy Box to whichever seller’s offer meets their criteria.

You don’t set it up you win it by falling into the criteria that amazon set for the buy box, but keep it top secret! So just set your price keep dispatching quickly and if your lucky you may get the buy box for a short while.
