I deactivated my Handmade Amazon Account

I deactivated my Handmade Amazon account by mistake and do not know how to reinstate it. I have tried to set up a new one but its saying I already have one. I need help on how I can get it up and running again and start selling my products.

I logged in here through my normal selling account not through my handmade account

Go to settings - account info - your services
Can you see it there
