Inbound shipment delivered but not received

Hello Team,
I have a very strange situation.
I sent 5 boxes - multiple items to Italy Amazon Fulfillment Center BLQ8/IFC1
Tracking shows that it was delivered on 18th of January, but nothing from that delivery been received so far.

Amazon support not really helps me, sometimes it looks like I am talking to a robot that doesn’t understand the problems or wants to close the case as soon as possible.

Have you observed a similar problem in this warehouse?

Nothing unusual about timescale happens in UK and you are talking to a bot.
