Ineligible for investigation, SHIPPED Status
Hey All,
I have sent a shipment to an Amazon Fulfillment center 25/05/2019.
The carrier confirmed that it was deliverd 28/05/2019.
Delivery has been confirmed, 7 days have passed and my shipment still has the status SHIPPED.
I wanted to go ahead and Reconcile my shipment, at which i got the message below.
Ineligible for investigation
The date that your shipment becomes eligible for investigation will be shown after all your boxes have been checked in. We appreciate your patience.
FYI
I made the mistake of saying i was going to deliver with UPS and eventually used DPD.
I have also sent all my products in one box.
Amazon also told me i didn’t have to add personal labels on the products themselves.
I have added the correct labels on the shippment though.
What should i do?

Don’t worry, FBA shipments can take anything from a few days to a few weeks to get fully processed with units added into your inventory.
The shipment was only delivered a few days ago, you will need to wait.

It stays “shipped” until they scan the FBA label at the FC when it will change to “receiving” then should be in your inventory within an hour.Some FC’s show “checked in” before receiving but not all.
