Introducing a tracking website for Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders

Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) sellers and their customers can now use a new tracking website to get real-time updates on the location of their shipped packages.

Sellers and customers can visit Swiship any time to enter the tracking number provided when the order is shipped and get the latest updates.

The site provides tracking information for all MCF orders, regardless of carrier.

  • For customers:Shipment notification emails will link to the tracking site. If you want your customers to get these notifications, provide their email address during fulfilment-order creation. All customer information like name, email, postal address, etc., will be used only for this purpose.
  • For sellers: After the order has shipped, the tracking number in the Shipped section of the Order Details page will link to the tracking site.

With MCF, you can sell products on your own site or another e-commerce site, and Amazon will pick, pack, and ship those items from your inventory stored in our fulfilment centres. To learn more, visit Fill orders from other sales channels (Multi-Channel Fulfilment).

Using swiship, tracking results are not displaying with Cyprus Post,

where do I get the tracking numbers?

They should be here

thank you, not very useful for dispatching orders with tracking though.

if they are trying to push out other shipping providers I need the tracking to be supplied at the point of purchase.

just fyi amazon

I don’t understand

How can they provide a tracking number at the point of purchase, you wouldn’t be able to provide a tracking number until you bought shipping and that’s the same with amazon

Sorry to confuse you. The point of purchase I meant was. MY purchase of the shipping. eg when you go into the post office or when you book a shipment on parcel2go. you get the tracking number right then which I can up load to whatever platform the sale is on.

When using amazon fulfilment that tracking number does not appear for some time (I understand they are planning)

It puts multichannel fulfilment at a significant disadvantage.

is there a reason then they cannot be integrated for MFN orders to abroad so customers get real time updates ? we use DHL and Deutsche post and currently they dont seem to get real time updates form amazon.

If this was linked it would make it a lot lot better for customers ?
