Hi, is it compulsory to upload an invoice?

It is compulsory for any Business Buyer and also for anyone else who requests one.

It is showing this on our orders, does this mean it is compulsory?

No, as per the other post it’s only required for business buyers and buyers who request one.

you can sign up to amazon for them to send the invoices for you
