According to RM yes. Some people have one or the other, some have both. We have just the logo.

I am using the pro shipping API and we don’t get the IOSS logo but we do get the IOSS number shown on the CN23… I don’t know why we get CN23 because all the package values given to royalmail are very low (under 10EUR) anyone else have same problem?
