Hi. I am EU Seller and I am trying to seek approval to list my product on Amazon category for toys, and I keep getting a robotic response from them saying that “ The images provided do not meet the labelling requirements , which state that the label must contain contact information of the manufacturer or brand owner. The product was on market till November 2019 but suspended just before black Friday. I print a label and stick manufacturer full contact address and telephone number but I am getting the same email. Could any one help me please.
