Limited Access - Account Verification

My account has been limited (unable to sell or transfer money out of my account) for more than three weeks! The verification was supposed to take 5 working days but it has now been 13 working days! Is anyone else having this problem?
I sell food and I am going to start having expiration issues soon.

I can’t speak to anyone in the verification team so have no idea what the issue is.
