Lost inventory at fullfilment centre


Good evening,

can any moderators please assist with advice on lost items by amazon. I have one singular large oversized item delivered successfully by UPS that is suddenly lost. Another shipment contained multiple items and out of those 29 items magically disappeared.

I have opened multiple cases and keep getting generic response that items were not at centre and to basically accept it.

these items were packaged and labelled by me and i know for a fact they were sent in

any help would be greatly appreciated


You need to wait until the reconcile date has been reached on the shipment. Then open a case via the shipment itself.
They will ask you for the POD and invoices to prove purchase.
