Lost items but refusing refund, can someone please offer advice


Morning everyone, hopefully someone can offer some advice

I sent a shipment on the 8th July with a total of 55 items, on the 12th of July the items got delivered to MME1.

On the 14th July, all 55 items became active on my inventory but for some reason on the 17th July 22 items disappeared. I’ve look at inventory reports etc and it shows;

22 sellable on the 14th
-22 on the 17th

Amazon are adamant that the 22 items never got received but all 55 items did go live on my inventory so how can this be? I’ve attached a few images for reference

Amazon have put on the reconcile section of the shipment; Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed
