Low reimbursements for lost removal orders



Is anyone else experiencing very low reimbursements for lost removal orders?

One lost removal was 12 different SKUs of fairly high value. Amazon sells these products themselves, CCC/Keepa shows the average selling price history.

The reimbursement amount is not even 10% of the cost, Seller Support will not investigate the problem. I can not see how they can possibly conclude such low unit values.


you lucky if you get anything now, last time i looked i got £0.00 for a damaged in warehouse item
and i am losing more stock that i send in. its as we are no longer required
