just got email from customer saying order is not delivered and estimate delivery date was 15 November.
after asking seller support, they replied that we must wait 10 days for delivery and in case order is not delivered they will reimburse us.
but the thing is - it was sent by internal amazon logistics and we can’t check order status with tracking number!
and seller support can’t check it either?? they don’t know what happens to parcels that they deliver with their own service?! what’s the point of such service…
Anyway, could you guys advice anything about this issue? tracking number that amazon provides is totally useless? and we should just wait and ask customer to wait if he can?
