Hi there,

I can see that some sellers use the Amazon Messaging Assistant for customers to use and communicate with re a product.

I cant see where I set this up, can anyone help please.

I was under the impression, that this is totally Amazon itself. Regardless of seller.
What makes you think that it’s specific sellers?

It’s just on the product page, on all asins
It’s automatically on there, you don’t need to do anything
