Creating a Automated Pricing Rule
by Seller_a82hBkjdG3QtJ
Amazon replied

Hi,

I am creating several custom pricing rules, named such as fba_match, deneme1, deneme2, etc. but none of them is shown on the main page. Because of this problem I can not delete or edit them or assign a ASIN to one of them..

But I can see the custom pricing rules I created when I enter them via one of the two Amazon pricing rules on the home page. I need help with this issue. Thanks.

Case ID: 17903965001

Impact ASIN: B0FCTZ5QR2

Looking for help from a human being. It would be a huge mistake to use a trademarked term. We would never do such a thing. AI flagged our listing and seller support is unwilling / unable to read and verify.

Seller support continues to state we created a listing with the brand name: "Baltimore Orioles"

We have never used this brand name to create listing, have never sold under this brand. Seller Support is 100% wrong.

The brand in our listing clearly states "Winslow & Brody".

Our listing was flagged by AI and now has been deactivated for POTENTIAL IP Claim. It's 100% inaccurate and not a single human has verified. We keep getting copy and paste responses.

Please assist.

May I ask if I need to make a product that requires FDA certification? The factory for this product has already obtained FDA certification, but they have not yet done Amazon. I now need the factory to authorize me for this FDA certified company and brand. How should I authorize this

by Seller_rwKSdBJeTxSPx
Amazon replied

I currently trade in US & UK marketplaces (both healthy accounts). I am trying to open a new account in UAE with the same email address and get an error message saying that my account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3, an email was sent to me. However, I never received an email. Has anyone else experienced the same? and how to go about it? Thank you

My products are listed under a wrong brand
by Seller_x77nTLpfApxxU
Amazon replied

Hi, I wish to update a list of ASINs from my brand which was listed under a wrong brand. I had already created several cases for the ASINs but they were rejected because I'm not the brand owner for the current brand listed on the product page.

Most of the product pages are correct except the brand name. We saw other sellers that we know as offline retailers, so they are selling the correct products not counterfeit, so we are not able to report any kind of violation. But some of the product title is wrong and the brand name is wrong. How can I make the correction in this case? The current GS1 barcode is listed correctly with our brand, so it is impossible for us to create a new barcode for the same item as we are not rebranding our products.

Thank you!

Referred: Complaint ID: 17796546381

Hi fellow sellers,

I’m reaching out in a state of exhaustion and sadness. My small business has been suffering from repeated false intellectual property complaints submitted by someone pretending to be the trademark owner of the product I legally sell.

I have a signed Letter of Authorization from the actual brand owner and manufacturer. I’ve submitted it many times along with the trademark registration and all supporting documentation. Despite this, Amazon has removed my listings again and again based on what seems to be an automated system that doesn’t recognize that I am the authorized seller.

Even worse, I’ve noticed that Amazon’s responses are confusing me with the person filing the complaints, calling me by their name in their replies — as if I’m the one making the report. It makes me feel like no one is actually reading the appeal.

I’ve appealed multiple times through the correct channels. One of my previous listings was reinstated when I submitted the same documents — but for the new one, I keep getting the same rejection with no explanation or chance to talk to a real person. This has been going on for months now, and I feel completely helpless.

I’ve done everything Amazon asked — I have legal proof, good account health, and I’m following every policy to the best of my understanding. But I can’t seem to stop someone from abusing the reporting system to harm my business. I’m a small seller with limited resources. Every day this listing is down, I lose income and hope.

Has anyone successfully dealt with this kind of abuse? Is there any way to escalate to a real person or team that can actually look at the evidence?

Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this. I wouldn’t normally post here, but I’m out of options and just want to keep doing honest business.

I submitted a report regarding an illegal product, and received a response from Seller Support confirming that the product is non-compliant and restricted from sale per Amazon policy (Case ID: 17852603401).

However, the ASIN remains active and purchasable more than 48 hours later.

Is there a typical timeframe for removal after such confirmation? Should this be escalated further, and if so, how? Looking for advice from experienced sellers or Amazon support.

Hi everyone,

I’m a seller using Amazon FBA and I’m trying to better align our inventory with customer demand. Currently, most of our stock is stored in fulfillment centers (FCs) located in Virginia. However, our top-selling state is California, and we’re noticing longer delivery times and potential missed sales due to the distance.

Is there any way to request or initiate a transfer of inventory from the Virginia FCs to FCs located in California or the West Coast? I understand that Amazon generally controls inventory placement, but I’m wondering if there are any tools, programs, or workarounds, such as creating a removal order and then sending inventory back in, to help with regional stock optimization.

Any advice, experience, or insights from fellow sellers would be greatly appreciated!
