Multi-Channel lost parcel (Royal Mail) refund

Hi.
Could someone explain refunds for lost items in transit when I use multichannel?
I sold on Etsy product for 23.99
I paid 3.80 for multichannel
I sent replacement (I paid new shipment 4.33)

Amazon reimbursed me 13.33.
How they calculate it?
