My account is pending verification
Hello there,
I submitted on the 15th of August 2020 all the information that Amazon needed in order to verify my account but nearly 6 months later and my account hasn’t been verified yet.
Is there anything that I can do or that maybe I am doing wrong?

Are you absolutely certain there are no Notifications in your account.? What does it say in your account on left hand side?
This does seem excessive - check they haven’t asked you for more info.

Hello!
I am absolutely certain that they don’t need anything from me at the moment! When I sent them my documents in August, I waited until January to get back to me and they asked me for a picture of my passport with my signature on. I sent them that but without a signature, (I didn’t know that passports need to have signatures, I know it sounds silly but I didn’t know). After I uploaded the picture I realised my mistake. I have tried countless times since then to contact them and I have asked to send me the link again so I can upload the right picture but I have had no response what so ever!
I know that I have made a mistake and I don’t know what to do!
